The Notice of Condemnation is unlawful and without due process.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Narin Vong to a Notice of Condemnation-Unfit for Human Habitation-Order to Vacate at 315 University Avenue West, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal and grant an extension to January 11, 2013 to bring the basement into compliance or the tenant(s) must vacate the property; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
