Body

WHEREAS, CLIMB, Inc. (State ID #:  02002) applied for a Class B Gambling with the State of Minnesota to operate at a site designated as Station 280 located at 2554 Como Avenue in Saint Paul; and

WHEREAS, Saint Paul Legislative Code § 409.21 requires that the applicant needs to obtain permission from the City Council before the license can be issued by the State of Minnesota; and

WHEREAS, the Department of Safety and Inspections does not object to the issuance of this license; now therefore be it,

RESOLVED, that the Class B Gambling license for CLIMB, Inc. is hereby approved.
