Body

WHEREAS, Adonis ECO-Housing applied for a Class B Gambling with the State of Minnesota to operate at a site designated as Track's located at 1964 University Avenue; and

WHEREAS, Saint Paul Legislative Code § 409.21 requires that the applicant needs to obtain permission from the City Council before the license can be issued by the State of Minnesota; and

WHEREAS, the Department of Safety and Inspections does not object to the issuance of this license; now therefore be it,

RESOLVED, that the Class B Gambling license for Adonis ECO-Housing is hereby approved.
