1. Abatement order exceeds scope of authority for items listed (e.g. dining room table, fan).
2. Correction Order addresses issues under judicial review by Housing Court. I request injuctive relief from further attempts to enforce prior to court review & findings.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Steven Feig to a Summary Abatement Order and Correction Notice at 1012 THIRD STREET EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal, and the refuse is to be removed by December 14, 2012 and vehicles removed by January 4, 2013; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
