WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Marjorie (Sally) Higgins, Executive Director of American Indian Family and Children Services (A.I.F.C.S.), to a Notice of Condemnation-Unfit for Human Habitation-Order to Vacate at 25 Empire Drive, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal and refer to vacant buildings immediately; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
