WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of David Vang to a Correction Notice-Reinspection Complaint at 1667 AMES AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer;s recommendation is 1) the appeal related to the dryer vent correction is denied and the permit must be finaled by February 1, 2013 , and 2) the driveway surface is granted provided there is additional class V surfacing and the boundaried of the driveway are delineated by use of landscaping timbers or a related material by June 1, 2013; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
