Preliminary Order setting the date of Public Hearing for January 16, 2013 to consider approval for construction of a new sidewalk on the east side of Farrington Street between Cottage Avenue West and Arlington Avenue West. (File No. S1203, Asmt No. 125304)

In the matter of constructing a new sidewalk in Ward 5, on the east side of Farrington Street between West Cottage Avenue and West Arlington Avenue as part of the Arlington/Rice RSVP Project. Approximately 200' of sidewalk will be constructed abutting 312 West Arlington Avenue.
The Council of the City of Saint Paul, having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $7,000, financed by Street Improvement Bonds and assessments.
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 16th day of January, 2013, at 5:30 p.m., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
