Authorizing the proper city officials to enter into a lease amendment between the Department of Parks and Recreation and Thomas Annunziata, d/b/a Putt'er There for an additional five year extension ending October 31, 2017.
Body
WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul and Thomas Annunziata, d/b/a Putt'er There entered into an Agreement dated May 1, 1998, pursuant to which Putt'er There operated a miniature golf facility in Como Park; and
WHEREAS,the Agreement with Putt'er There expired October 31, 2012 and allows for one additional five-year extension; and
WHEREAS, Saint Paul Administrative Code ยง86.03(b)(1) requires that any lease of park land which allows for renewal or extension of the lease shall require the consent of the city council before the lease can be renewed or extended; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to enter into the attached lease amendment between the City of Saint Paul, Department of Parks and Recreation and Thomas Annunziata, d/b/a Putt'er There for an additional five year extension ending October 31, 2017.
