Enacting Section 99.01 of the Saint Paul Administrative Code pertaining to the availability of the Lowertown Regional Ballpark facility for Saint Paul high school varsity baseball, varsity softball, and adaptive softball games.

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1
Section 99.01 of the Saint Paul Administrative Code is hereby enacted to read as follows:
Section 99.01. High school league.
Any contracted operator of the Saint Paul Lowertown Regional Ballpark must make the facility available for use by for at least one varsity baseball, one varsity softball, and one adaptive softball game, for each high school located within the City of Saint Paul, per year, without fee or charge to the City, School District or the individual schools.
SECTION 2
This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30) days following its passage, approval and publication.
