WHEREAS, adverse action was taken against the Taxicab Driver (Provisional) license application submitted by Charles A. McNeal (License ID #20120004721) for the City of Saint Paul by Notice of Intent to Deny License dated November 6, 2012, alleging the licensee was convicted on December 10, 2008, of Felony Burglary - 2nd Degree-Dwelling in Washington County in violation of Saint Paul Legislative Code ยง 376.16 (e) (4) (a); and
WHEREAS, as a result, the licensing office recommended license denial; and
WHEREAS, the licensee did not respond to the Notice of Intent to Deny License to request a hearing or withdraw his license application; and
WHEREAS, the Notice of Intent to Deny License stated that if the licensee failed to request a hearing or withdraw his license application by November 16, 2012, that the matter would be placed on the consent agenda to impose the recommended penalty; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Taxicab Driver (Provisional) license application submitted by Charles A. McNeal is hereby denied.
