WHEREAS on February 1, 2006 the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File RES 06-118, said resolution being the ratification of assessment for Removal of Diseased Elm Tree on private property in 2004. (File No. 0501T, Asmt No. 9041); and
WHEREAS, the property at 767 Pierce Butler Rte, being described as: Joseph R Weides Re Of Blk 3,an Lots 31 And Lot 32 Blk 3, with the property identification number 26-29-23-43-0027, was assessed an amount of $2,333.68; and
WHEREAS, the St. Paul Parks and Recreation recommends deleting the assessment as it was assessed in error. A refund of only the Installment and Interest payments placed on the property taxes from 2007 to 2012. Real Estate will re-assess to correct parcel of 26-29-23-43-0026 / 771 Pierce Butler Rte.; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that Council File RES 06-118 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
