WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Felix Lopez to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 478 VAN DYKE AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation is forthcoming to deny the appeal to be released from the Fire Certificate of Occupancy Program, as no documentation was provided to demonstrate the occupant was also an owner of the property; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
