WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Debbie Kaehler, Kaehler Management, to a Re-Inspection Fire Certificate of Occupancy With Deficiencies at 719 EDMUND AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal and grant until July 1, 2013 to put in more Class 5 gravel and make clean boundaries in the driveway/parking space; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
