WHEREAS, on July 18, 2012, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #RLH FCO 12-415, said Resolution being the memorialization of an appeal to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Correction Notice-Complaint Inspection for property at 1170 Seventh Street East; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing recommended that the City Council deny the appeal and grant an extension until October 1, 2012 for compliance on the basement fire rated floor/ceiling; and
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council considered the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter; and
WHEREAS, the Appellant is requesting additional extension for the compliance with the correction order to install a sprinkler system; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends granting additional extension; Now Therefore, Be It,
RESOLVED, that an extension is hereby granted to April 1, 2013.
