BE IT RESOLVED, on behalf of a grateful citizenry, the Saint Paul City Council does hereby accept the donation from the Saint Paul Police Historical Society - a division of HAND in HAND Productions, of the art, materials, and construction of a WALL of HONOR to publicly and permanently commemorate the ultimate sacrifice given by these brave officers of the Saint Paul Police Department.
