RESOLVED, that the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to execute a joint powers agreement with Dakota County Technical College to provide an Emergency Response Driving course to firefighters; which includes an indemnification clause, as provided by the Saint Paul Fire Department, a copy of said agreement is to be kept on file and of record in the Office of Financial Services.
