RESOLVED, that the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to execute a joint powers agreement with the State of Minnesota, Department of Public Safety, State Patrol Division to provide firefighters for conducting search and rescue services and fighting wildfires as provided by the Saint Paul Fire Department; a copy of said agreement is to be kept on file and of record in the Office of Financial Services.
