WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Joy Albrecht to a Re-Inspection Fire Certificate of Occupancy With Deficiencies at 1529 GRANTHAM STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant until July 1, 2013 to add more Class 5 gravel to the driveway and make clean boundaries to the driveway/parking space, and remove the boat from the grassy area; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
