WHEREAS, the Board of Ramsey County Commissioners has referred a repurchase application for property at 1159 Pascal Street North to the City of Saint Paul for a recommendation; and
WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul has not determined if the property at 1159 Pascal Street North is a municipal problem; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, the City of Saint Paul has no recommendation for the Ramsey County Board of Commission in its consideration of this repurchase application, given the complex ownership questions involved and the lack of clarity on ownership and responsibility for the property moving forward; and be it
RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is requested to forward a certified copy of this Council resolution to the Ramsey County Tax Forfeited Land Office, Room 620, Ramsey County Government Center - West for final processing.
