Body

WHEREAS, on September 5, 2012 the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #RLH AR 12-91, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for collection of delinquent vacant building fees from April 2012 (File No. VB1209, Assessment No. 128814); and

WHEREAS, the property at 864 Lawson Avenue East, being described as: E.M. Mackubin's 2nd Addition Lot 4 Blk 1; with the property identification number 28-29-22-23-0162 as assessed an amount of $1,250.00 for collection of delinquent vacant building fees; and

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the amount of the assessment for this property be deleted, plus any accrued interests.  Council File No. RLH AR 12-91 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
