Purpose of Appeal
I received notice on 8-31-12. Then on vacation out of state 9-1-12 through 9-8-12. I feel I still have responded in an appropriate amount of time. First issue is with the Dificiency List by the Dept. of Safety and Inspections. Items 1 to 5, 7 to 17 were all deficiencies when I bought this residence. Why were they not issues by the building inspector when I bought?

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of June E. Ferguson to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Revocation and Order to Vacate 230 WINONA STREET EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
