Authorizing the Fire Department to enter into a joint powers agreement with the Falcon Heights Fire Department for the use of the Saint Paul Fire Department training facilities.

RESOLVED, that the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to execute a joint powers agreement to extend the use of the Saint Paul Fire Department training facilities to the Falcon Heights Fire Department, which includes an indemnification clause, as provided by the Saint Paul Fire Department; a copy of said agreement is to be kept on file and of record in the Office of Financial Services.
