WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Robert W. Orth to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 812 STEWART AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal on Items 5 (front door frame) and 7 (soffits and trim) ; Item 1 is done; deny the appeal on the furnace testing and grant the appeal on the garage issue; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
