Ratifying the assessments for Collection of Vacant Building Fees Services provided in May 2012. (File No. VB1210, Assessment No. 128816)
Body
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File 12-1361 accepted the Report of Completion for Collection of Vacant Building fees from the month of May 2012; and
WHEREAS, the City Council's Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners and developed recommendations for City Council with respect to those assessments; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on October 3, 2012 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Ch. 14 of the City Charter and Ch. 60 of the Administrative Code, the assessments are herby in all respects ratified with the exception of the following amendments which will be considered separately:
RLH TA 12-468 - 1128 Forest Stret;
RLH TA 12-452 - 82 Front Avenue;
RLH TA 12-477 - 981 Fuller Avenue;
RLH TA 12-441 - 719 Payne Avenue;
RLH TA 12-451 - 1311 Reaney Avenue;
RLH TA 12-450 - 2023 Stillwater Avenue;
RLH TA 12-492 - 926 Third Street East; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the assessments be payable in one (1) installment unless specified by the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommended amendments.
