Purpose of Appeal
#2, 3, 4 - Presently only working 16 hours a week. Denied any terms of loans. After completing health program, I will be able to get full time position and income will increase. Presently only making $1000.00 every two weeks. I am willing to complete work but need extra time.

Regarding the Summary Abatement Order (SAO) - Appellant also wanted to appeal an SAO, but it was untimely and not accepted as part of this appeal. Appellant said she has been trying to get the property into compliance with the SAO and has been in contact with the inspector; the inspector told her the work order was sent on the SAO.

WHEREAS, in the matter of [title of legislative ], the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council[recommendation]; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
