Purpose of Appeal
Our tenants were evicted on 7/6/2012 and left a lot of trash. We got letter from City and now all required corrections are taken care of.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Jintu Wang, on behalf of Seu Fung, to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 795 ENGLEWOOD AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council change the Vacant Building status to Category 1 and waive the vacant building fee until October 1, 2012 delete the vacant building fee, as a Certificate of Code Compliance was issued on August 20, 2012 ; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
