WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 12-1700 accepted the Report of Completion for the reconstruction of a concrete boulevard at 1342 Grand Avenue.
Preliminary Order: RES 12-1482 Approved: 08/22/2012
Final Order: RES PH 12-222 Approved: 09/19/2012
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on October 17, 2012 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the construction work; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Ch. 14 of the City Charter, the assessment is hereby in all respects ratified; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the assessment be made payable in twenty (20) equal installments.
