Body
WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Sheyte Kidane to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Correction Notice at 670 LAWSON AVENUE EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
 
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal and grant an extension for three (3) months to stop using the room for sleeping or put a new window on the side of the house; Now, Therefore, Be It
 
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
