Purpose of Appeal
We spent 4 months going back and forth with an insulation & building framing plan from Jan-May. We should have all repairs completed by the end of October and feel we should not have to pay the renewal because of all the time lost with the last set of appeals.

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
