Amending the assessment of Appealed Special Tax Assessment for Collection of Vacant Building Fees Services from February 2012 at 820 BURR STREET (File NO. VB1207, Assessment No. 128807)

Body

WHEREAS, on July 18, 2012, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #RLH AR 12-67, said Resolution being the Ratification of Collection of Vacant Building Fees Services from February 2012 (File NO. VB1207, Assessment No. 128807); and

WHEREAS, the property at 820 Burr Street, being described as: Stinsons Addition Lot 11 Blk 3; with the property identification number 29-29-22-34-0011 was assessed an amount of $1,250.00 for Collection of Vacant Building Fees Services from February 2012; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends reducing the assessment from $1,250.00 to $625.00.; Now, therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that Council File RLH AR 12-67 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
