Ratifying Boarding and/or Securing Services during April 2012 (File No. J1209B, Assessment No. 128109).
Body
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File 12-1069 accepted the Report of Completion for Emergency Boarding and Securings and/or Boarding of Vacant Buildings during the month of April 2012; and
WHEREAS, the City Council's Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners and developed recommendations for City Council with respect to those assessments; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on September 5, 2012 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that pursuant to Ch. 14 of the City Charter and Ch. 60 of the Administrative Code, the assessments are herby in all respects ratified with the exception of the following amendments which will be considerd separately:
RLH TA 12-388 - 995 Albemarle Street;
RLH TA 12-381 - 26 Dale Street South, #102;
RLH TA 12-424 - 16664 Selby Avenue; and
RLH TA 12-426 - 1910 University Avenue West; and, be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the assessments be payable in one (1) installment unless specified by the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommended amendments.
