WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Jacob Brunette, Relay Property Management, to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 402 SIDNEY STREET EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant an 8-inch variance on the openable height of the egress window in the southeast bedroom; deny and grant until August 17, 2012 for full compliance; and grant until August 1 for compliance on the tree; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
