Approving the application with conditions, per the Deputy Legislative Hearing Officer, for a Gas Station license for First Student Inc. (ID #20120002603), d/b/a First Student Inc. #20757, 80 Arlington Avenue East.

Body

WHEREAS, the Deputy Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the application for First Student Inc. #20757 for a Gas Station be approved with the following condition:

1.  The use of the gas pumps shall be limited to vehicles which are owned and/or operated by the licensee, and shall not be made available to the general public.

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Saint Paul hereby approves this license application with the aforementioned agreed-upon condition.

The Conditions Affidavit was signed and submitted on June 21, 2012
