Appeal of Craig W. Baumann, Attorney at Law, on behalf of Brent and Lisa Sharp, to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Inspection Correction Notice at 695 PARKWAY DRIVE.
Purpose of Appeal
We received the attached correction notice dated April 27, 2012. We agree to make all corrective actions set forth in this notice by June 29, 2012 with the exception of No. 5 and No. 7. The mechanical room is small and there is no other way to layout this room to accomplish the clearances set forth. Owner's request a variance from the clearance requirement for this reason.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Craig W. Baumann, Attorney at Law, on behalf of Brent and Lisa Sharp, to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Inspection Correction Notice at 695 PARKWAY DRIVE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the clearance between the water heater and furnace; deny on the distance from furnace to washer; deny on the electrical panel; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
