WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Bernina S. Brunt to a Correction Notice-Complaint Inspection at 1126 JESSIE STREET (includes condemnation), the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal and grant until August 17, 2012 to restore the electricity or vacate the property; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter denies the appeal and grants until August 24, 2012 to restore the electricity or vacate the property.
