WHEREAS, adverse action was taken against the Restaurant (2) 1-12 Seats license held by St. Paul Classic Cookie d/b/a St. Paul Classic Cookie (License ID #20100000174) for the premises located at 2386 Territorial Road in Saint Paul, by Notice of Intent to Suspend License dated June 14, 2012, alleging licensee failed to pay delinquent license and late fees of $714.00; and
WHEREAS, the licensing office recommended license suspension; and
WHEREAS, the licensee did respond to the Notice of Intent to Suspend License on July 11, 2012 to notify DSI that she would come to pay the license and late fees by July 18, 2012; and
WHEREAS, according to DSI records, as of August 3, 2012, the licensee failed to come to DSI to pay the delinquent license and late fees; and
WHEREAS, the Notice of Intent to Suspend License stated that if the licensee failed to pay the delinquent license or request a hearing by June 25, 2012, that the matter would be placed on the consent agenda to impose the recommended penalty; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Restaurant (2) 1-12 Seats license held by St. Paul Classic Cookie d/b/a St. Paul Classic Cookie is hereby suspended for failure to pay $714.00 in delinquent license and late fees.
FURTHER RESOLVED, the license will remain suspended until all license and late fees are paid in full to the Department of Safety and Inspections.
