Existing hard pack gravel driveway. City is requiring paving driveway, has existed for decades in current condition, has excellent drainage and sits between house and wooden privacy fence with no issues.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Chris Skoog to a Re-Inspection Fire Certificate of Occupancy With Deficiencies at 772 ARMSTRONG AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council conditionally grants the appeal provided the driveway is improved as discussed in hearing by September 1, 2012; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
