Ratifying the assessment for street reconstruction on Ruth Street between Upper Afton Road and Burns Avenue. (File No. 19106, Asmt No. 125208)

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File 12-1508 accepted the Report of Completion for reconstructing the street with a new, thicker section of bituminous pavement; constructing ADA compliant pedestrian ramps at the intersections; installing new storm sewer catch basins; and new concrete driveway aprons and doing all other necessary work to complete said project; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on October 3, 2012 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the construction work; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the said assessment is hereby in all respects ratified.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the assessment be made payable in twenty (20) equal installments.
