Authorizing the City of Saint Paul to enter into an agreement with Ramsey County to strengthen and enhance the Minneapolis-Saint Paul Metropolitan Medical Response System (MMRS).
Body
WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul has received two grants from the State of Minnesota, the 2010 Metropolitan Medical Response System (MMRS) grant and the 2011 Metropolitan Medical Response System (MMRS) grant to strengthen and enhance the Minneapolis-Saint Paul Metropolitan Medical Response System,
WHEREAS, Ramsey County can provide the services required to complete the tasks of the grant, and
WHEREAS, the total amount of contract is $238,124.00, and
RESOLVED, that the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to execute the agreement between the City of Saint Paul and Ramsey County, which includes an indemnification clause, as provided by the Department of Emergency Management; a copy of said agreement is to be kept on file and of record in the Office of Financial Services.
