Purpose of Appeal
Want to appeal vacant building status. Was taking care of 2 other vacant bldgs. and ran out of funds and time to finish this property. All was finished including new roof, boiler, and water heater. New windows on order with Frogtown. Permits pulled and work in progress. No code violations!

Owner's representative did not have any paperwork to accompany appeal. Staff found the revocation. Rep. was really looking for vacant building paperwork, but it appears the paperwork is not in STAMP yet. Legislative Hearing paralegal said that the vacant building paperwork can be discussed on July 10 if it is available.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Jacqueline Ricks, owner; MFO Property Holdings LLC; to a Revocation of Fire Certificate of Occupancy and Vacant Building Registration Notice at 1156 MARION STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal on the condition that the driveway area is cleaned up, and to be out of the Certificate of Occupancy Program on condition that it be occupied by September 1, 2012; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
