WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Artemus Anderkay, Beowulf Properties, to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 1759 MARYLAND AVENUE EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant a 3-inch variance on the openable height of the egress windows in all bedrooms, deny grant the appeal on the steps attached to the house and grant until September 1, 2012 to replace or repair; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
