WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Linda Jerome to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 1849 MARYLAND AVENUE EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant a 7-inch variance on the ceiling height issue in the attic, grant a 2-inch variance on the openable height of the egress window in the main floor bedroom; and grant an extension until September 1, 2012 for all other items on the list to come into compliance; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
