Purpose of Appeal
The tenant stopped paying utilities and they were shut off. This caused the house to be condemned and ordered to vacate, but the tenant still has her personal items in the house. I will fix everything when the tenant moves her stuff out.

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
