Purpose of Appeal
I'm appealing I have 90 days to complete the work order from June 12, 2012, to September 12, 2012, and I received a notice before the dead line time. All the permits are pulled and the work is in process so I don't understand why I should receive a notice about the same building. The hearing gave penalty of fees if the work is not complete before September 12, 2012.

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
