Ratifying the assessments for Excessive Use of Inspection Services from January 18 to February 17, 2012. (File No. J1206E, Assessment No. 128308)
Body
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File 12-655 accepted the Report of Completion for Excessive Use of Inspection Services for Property Code Violations billed during the time period of January 18 to February 17, 2012; and
WHEREAS, the City Council's Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners and developed recommendations for the City Council with respect to those assessments; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on July 18, 2012 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that pursuant to Ch. 14 of the City Charter, the assessments are herby in all respects ratified with the following amendments which will be considered seperately:
RLH TA 12-262 - 533 Case Avenue;
RLH TA 12-285 - 106 King Street East;
RLH TA 12-360 - 581 Mendota Street;
RLH TA 12-292 - 2051 Minnehaha Avenue East;
RLH TA 12-287 - 1911 Selby Avenue;
RLH TA 12-272 - 1743 Seventh Street East;
RLH TA 12-290 - 1101 Sixth Street East;
RLH TA 12-297 - 958 University Avenue East;
RLH TA 12-291 - 865 York Avenue; and
RLH TA 12-289 - 1025 York Avenue; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the assessments be payable in one (1) installment unless specified by the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommended amendments.
