WHEREAS, on June 6, 2012, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File RLH AR 12-58, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Graffiti Removal Services from January 30 to February 26, 2012 for 769 SEVENTH STREET EAST. (File No. J1207P, Assessment No. 128406); and
WHEREAS, the property at 769 Seventh Street East, being described as: C A Mann's Subd of E 311 Ft of Blk 8, Lyman Daytons Add to St. Paul Minn. Swly 7 Ft of Lot 5 and all of Lot 4 with the property identification number 32-29-22-11-0053 was assessed an amount of $190.46; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Safety and Inspections staff recommends deleting the assessment as a graffiti waiver was received; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with this action; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $190.46, plus any accrued interests, be refunded and Council File RLH AR 12-58 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
