Authorizing the Fire Department to submit a proposal to the State of Minnesota Department of Public Safety for providing hazardous materials response.

RESOLVED, that the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to submit a proposal to the State of Minnesota, Department of Public Safety for providing emergency service as a hazardous materials response team, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul Fire Chief will be responsible for administration of any contract which may result from the submission of this proposal.
