Amending RLH VO 12-25, Appeal of Lymoua Mouacheupao to a Revocation of Fire Certificate of Occupancy and Order to Vacate at 41 SANDRALEE DRIVE WEST.

WHEREAS, on May 16, 2012 the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH VO 12-25, said Resolution being the appeal of a Revocation of Fire Certificate of Occupancy and Order to Vacate; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal and grant an extension to June 30, 2012 for compliance or vacation of the house, noting that the house may be occupied during the repair process upon provision of a smoke detector affidavit and dryer vent repair/replacement under permit by June 1; and
WHEREAS, on June 22, 2012, Property Owner Lymoua Moucheupao requested an extension of the windows to come into compliance; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that Council File No. VO 12-25 is hereby amended to provide an extension to July 30, 2012, to bring the egress windows into compliance.
