WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Raymond Wyatt to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 876 WHEELOCK PARKWAY EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant a 6-inch variance on the openable height of the egress window in the first floor bedroom, and grant a variance on the sill height on the condition that the bed is being used as a step; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
