WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Debbie Vasquez, on behalf of Real Property Management, to a Re-Inspection Fire Certificate of Occupancy With Deficiencies at 441 VIEW STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant a 2-inch variance on the openable width of the egress window in the east bedroom of Unit 2 and grant an 8-inch variance on the openable height of the egress window in the south bedroom of Unit 1; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
